Meet Sarah

I’m Sarah, I’m 50 and I live my life to the full. I have two wonderful teenage children and two amazing stepdaughters and have lived on the Wirral for most of my life.

I am Wellness Coach and owner of Ren-Nutrition based in Hoylake on the Wirral, where I help people from all over the peninsula, and beyond, to improve their nutrition and get healthy.

I started on my own health and wellness journey some time ago. After struggling for many years yoyo dieting and never really having the knowledge and nutritional education to achieve and sustain a healthy lifestyle and weight. I am now the healthiest and fittest I have been since I was in my twenties through the power of amazing nutrition and learning how to fuel my body in the correct way.

I am now helping others to feel the same as I do by providing nutrition coaching and support to so many. It is the most rewarding thing I have ever done and I absolutely love watching people transform in front of my eyes.

    I found out about Ren-nutrition by accident, I hadn't seen a friend for a couple of months and was amazed at how slim and healthy she looked. I was inspired by her to give it a go, though I was still very sceptical as I have tried every diet going and more than once.

    I decided to start my journey with Sarah as I had gained weight during menopause. Having tried various other diets and exercise programmes i was loosing all hope that I would ever loose the weight. Having seen a friend’s results I decided to give it a go. It has honestly been one of the best decisions I have made. In just under 5 months I have lost 2 stone but more importantly my blood pressure has come down into the healthy range, I have much more energy, improved sleep and I am so much happier in myself.     I joined Sarah's team in March 2024. I was the heaviest I had ever been and felt my journey into my 40's was not off to a good start. I was overweight, very unfit and pretty miserable!! I have to admit it was a little sceptical when I attended a sample event. I heard nothing but amazing results and just kept thinking it was too good to be true. I had tried other diets over the years and usually stuck at them for a few weeks but had no real commitment. But this journey is completely different. From the very beginning it has never felt like "a diet". I haven't fallen off the wagon at the weekends, or felt deprived in any way. I feel sooooo much better in myself and not just because I have lost a shed load of weight but I'm fitter, wanting to do exercise (which is a new concept for me) and have a better sense of mental wellbeing (which sounds cliché but is true). Everyone in the team is lovely and supportive no matter how often you can attend the club. The way it has made me look at weight loss is so different too... its not just about the scales, it's about me, my body shape, my health and how I feel when I look in the mirror. I can honestly say this adventure has changed how I look at food and I know that this is a sustainable healthy way to live and I am so glad I took the plunge and had confidence when Sarah told me this would work for me.     A colleague started with Ren-nutrition and looks amazing, glowing as well as having a significant weight loss in a short space of time. I felt stuck in a rut, unsure of what I should eat, had gained approximately 2 stone in weight post hysterectomy, was struggling with menopausal symptoms and my confidence was at all time low. I had been ill post covid with numerous infections-chest, sinus etc. Over the years I had been all sizes and had tried probably every funky diet going, including egg and grapefruit diet, cabbage soup diet shake drinks which one I put weight on with and the other I couldn’t drink as they were very unappetising.

    I started my journey 30 April 24 and 5 weeks later I am 1 stone 2 pound lighter but for me more importantly I feel well, have more energy, feel I’m more organised and know what I’m doing with food. I’m feel happier, healthier, less menopausal symptoms, less brain fog and more confident. Skin and hair better and sleeping better as well!!

    A good friend of mine joined Ren-nutrition and I watched her journey over the next few weeks and was impressed with the way she looked, so healthy and her weight loss was amazing, I decided I would give it a go aswell and i have never regretted it, her coach is Sarah Renshaw who she recommended to me, Sarah is so friendly and encouraging without you feeling any pressure on you, she is so friendly and supportive, straight away I felt this was for me. Sarah explained everything and it seemed so easy, the progress i made was fantastic and much more than i had expected, I was never hungry and felt so energetic, my skin glowed, friends and family were complimenting me on how I looked, I have just completed 12 weeks and have lost 9.1 kg which equates to 1,stone 6lbs. I love coming to club, everyone is so friendly and encouraging. Sarah is a wonderful coach and i would recommend Sarah and the plans to anyone who feels the need to be more energetic feel healthier, look good and lose weight at the same time.

    I came to Sarah 7 weeks ago,out of desperation, being overweight was affecting my personality, and health. In those few weeks, I have lost 15lbs. such an amazing plan, better than any other plan, (and I've tried them all) The friendliness of all who attend, and helpfulness of everyone is so.
